Top 5 Favorite Square Enix games, just what are they and why. And I'll be very surprised if not one of them is a Final Fantasy game =P
1.Dragon Warrior/Quest Monsters As far as monster capturing and training goes, this game beats the fck out of the others even Pokemon. And one of my top 10 favorite games of all time. DW/QM wins. Someday, I will get the legendary Dark Drium! D=
2.Final Fantasy 6
As much as I like the 3D games, FF6 is my favorite of the series. It had some of the best graphics of it's time, an excellent story and an awesome villian(Seph still wins though). FF7 may be alot more popular and have a more in depth story but that doesn't make it my number 2 like FF6. FF6 wins
3: Kingdom Hearts 2
The sequel to the best action-rpgs of our time. The first Kngdom Hearts was a gamble, combing Disney Movies and Cartoons with many elements, both gameplay and storytelling alike from Final Fantasy. Kingdom Hearts 2 took that and made it even faster, harder and funner. Also Xemnas owns =3
4: Dragon Warrior 3
I don't remember what was it's official number in the series was but number 4 on my list is DW3. One of the earliest Turn-Based RPGs I played, this game truly got me into the RPG genre and making RPs in the first place. It didn't have the best story or graphics but it still was and is a hella fun to me >>
5: Dragon Warrior Monsters 2
Eheh, seems I'm more of a DW/DQ fan then FF. I didn't like this as much as the first although I did enjoy the new variety of monsters, attacks and spells aswell as some refined features. But without a partner to play against, this game was just too easy. Still it gets number 5 for being an otherwise great sequel to my favorite S-E game and for all the other stuff.
How about you?

Square games, eh? I don't have a specific order which are my favorites, but I'll just tell a few opinions of mine about the five I enjoy playing the most.
Final Fantasy XII
Even if the main character party, in my opinion, was not so good, I enjoyed and still enjoy playing this game, a lot. I've always hated Random Battles in FF, this game had none of those to bug me. And damn, did the game have challenges. Yiazmat, Omega Mk. XII, Gilgamesh's Second Battle and the list goes on. Sadly, this FF game too had a not so powerful final boss, the Undying.... Square did the same mistake as they did with VII's Safer Sephiroth, not so extremely hard... And this game too had completely useless Summons... But a great game, nonetheless.
Final Fantasy VII
Despite the sucky graphics and the Random Battles I despise, this game kicked ass. I really liked the Materia system and the fact that leveling up was not as hellish as in some other FFs *coughVIIIcough*. And then, the characters. Sephiroth, a one hell of a kick ass villain with a rather disappointing final battle, but good character nonetheless. Vincent Valentine, the Emo King himself, yet my favorite FF character ever, thanks to Dirge and his awesome Chaos form in it. Yuffie, the happy thief-ninja hybrid, she's my favorites female FF character ever, Aeris, Tifa, Rinoa, Selphie, Penello and Ashe can go to hell for all I care. No opinion of Strife, Wallace, Reeve (and his doll) and Nanaki, really. And then, the music, the great music of VII... I still love playing J-E-N-O-V-A on my computer for hours. The WEAPONs kicked ass too, especially Emerald.
Final Fantasy VIII
He-hee, our leathery FF game thanks to Squall and Quistis, really (add her whip in it and you get stuff). This game had the best music ever ("Heresy", "The Landing", "Force Your Way", "The Loser", "Never Look Back", "Dead End", "Shuffle or Boogie", "The Man With the Machine Gun", "My Mind", "Succession of Witches", "The Stage is Set", "Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec", "Premonition", "Wounded", "The Oath", "The Salt Flats", "Lunatic Pandora", "The Legendary Beast", "Maybe I'm a Lion", "The Extreme" and "Overture". All of 'em on par with XII's "Feywood", "Esper", "Esper Battle", "The Sandsea" and "Boss Battle" or VII's "J-E-N-O-V-A", "Those Chosen by the Planet", "Trail of Blood", "Turks Theme" and "One-Winged Angel") Then, the Triple Triad card game, spend about fifty hours playing that, really much fun. The Last Boss at last not disappointing but hard ad annoying, very good. Then, the accursed Omega WEAPON... I never was able to kill it... Sadly. I couldn't even get all the GFs... The hardest FF in my opinion, since leveling up in VIII = Hell Come to Your Gaming Moments.
Kingdom Hearts
The first one, the best one. It had some good music, especially during boss battles. I, just like in VIII, had hellish time leveling up my characters and thanks to this, most of the boss fights were hard. I was never able to beat Sephiroth, and he was so easy in VII, life is hard, man! Anyway, good graphics, good music, nice story, excellent last boss. Square made a very good first impression for this game series.
Kingdom Hearts II
I'm disappointed with this game. Sephiroth was hell of a lot easier, hell, every boss in the game was easy, even in Proud Mode. The villains were a lot more awesome in this game, Thirteenth Order ftw (Except Roxas, he sucked...). This game had better music too, a lot better music and the Limit Breaks and Drive Forms were fun. But still, this game was not as good as the first one.

Nope, I'm not. Even if Zodiark was the most powerful Esper in the game, it was just as useless as every other Esper in the game, there was no need to use it in the game. But yeah, that is only my opinion.

Let me see
FF7: Crisis Core - Very Good Gameplay and Graphics Dragon Quest Swords - Well...it would've hit number one if you didn't have to fight the same enemy again and again just to upgrade your sword Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2 - Needs some stuff from the prequel but it still is awesome Final Fantasy 6 - Pretty much it's fun Final Fantasy 5 - Has a okay storyline
